Job summary

Philips seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to support Philadelphia, PA, North New Jersey and New York. You will lead onsite clinical education for Image Guided Therapy systems, delivering basic to intermediate training in hospitals and clinics within the geography.

You will guide customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities, while owning the learning experience and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cardiovascular radiology experience in a clinical setting.
• ARRT certification verification required; advanced certification preferred (CV/CI/VI/RCIS).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CT/education training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering onsite clinical services, education, and training for IGT solutions.
• Guide customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality.
• Own the learning experience through consultation and collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain proactive communication on project status and issues with stakeholders.
• Glean deep knowledge of solutions per modality and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Travel approximately 75%, including overnight travel as needed.
