Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to lead onsite education for Image Guided Therapy across Philadelphia, PA, North NJ, and NY. You will train clinicians, guide integration of new features, and manage learning experiences from initial contact to execution.

The role requires travel ~75% with potential overnight stays and cross-region coordination. You should have 5+ years as an RT in cardiovascular/interventional radiology, ARRT certification, and strong clinical education

Qualifications

• 5+ years as cardiovascular or interventional radiology RT in a clinical environment.
• AR RT certification active; advanced CV/CI/VI or RCIS preferred or to be obtained within 12 months.
• Certificate or associate degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CTT+ certification preferred.
• Willing to travel ~75% with significant driving and overnight stays as needed.
• Strong clinical education and training delivery experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite clinical services, education, and training to Philips customers.
• Guide testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions.
• Own the learning experience via customer consultation and collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain proactive communication on project status with stakeholders.
• Gain deep knowledge of solutions per modality and advanced proficiency in specialization.
• Address and resolve diverse problems with sound judgement for solutions.
