Job summary

Tufts Medicine Care at Home in Lowell, MA is seeking an Education Services Leader to develop and implement education programs for professional and paraprofessional staff, including onboarding, annual competency, preceptor programs, and continuing education credits.

You will supervise the staff education team, collaborate with clinical leadership, IT, and compliance to translate system changes into effective training, and ensure education supports high-quality patient care and regulatory

Qualifications

Demonstrates knowledge of educational needs assessment, planning, curriculum development, training implementation and evaluation.
Demonstrates understanding of adult learning concepts.
Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to coach/mentor teams.
Demonstrates solid clinical proficiency and knowledge to coordinate patient care.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and utilize technology for learning.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and adult learning theory application.
Selects appropriate teaching strategies to drive behavioral change.

Responsibilities

Develops onboarding, orientation, and competency programs for healthcare personnel.
Manages continuing education programs and credit applications.
Supports preceptor program development with clinical leadership.
Collaborates with colleges to align student rotations.
Incorporates diverse learners in education planning.
Partners with IT and HR to advance education initiatives.
Ensures education aligns with standards and regulatory requirements.
Tracks education hours for regulatory agencies.
Maintains education materials and tools reflecting current workflows.
Leads Epic training strategy for new hires and system updates.
Ensures accurate documentation in Epic workflows and practices.
