Job summary
Tufts Medicine Care at Home seeks an experienced education leader to develop and oversee education programs for healthcare personnel. You will coordinate onboarding, competency programs, and continuing education, leveraging Epic workflows and collaboration with clinical leadership to improve patient care.
Under VP Clinical Operations guidance, you will supervise educators, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive learning that supports professional growth and optimal care delivery across home
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Nursing or Management required.
- RN licensure in Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
- Two years of nursing or project management experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding, orientation, and competency programs for healthcare personnel.
- Coordinate continuing education programs and CE credits.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement education plans.
- Lead Epic training strategy for new hires and system updates.
- Maintain education records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise staff education team and promote best teaching practices.
