AMOpportunities Inc. is seeking a Program Implementation Coordinator to bridge sales, operations, and site onboarding for AMO’s platform and Network Development Services. The role focuses on building programs, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring smooth go‑live transitions with clinical sites.

The position offers hybrid work with River North office options in the United States, and requires strong communication, project management, and healthcare education understanding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical education preferred.
  • Clinical site acquisition experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with medical professionals and startups helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Contact physicians, clinicians, and their teams to obtain program information.
  • Assemble program data and build new programs on the AMO Platform.
  • Compile required documentation from preceptors for network services.
  • Coordinate handoffs from recruitment to implementation and from implementation to operations.
  • Collaborate with School Sales and Customer Success to streamline vetting and fulfillment.
  • Develop SOPs and templates for NDS documents and partner programs.
  • Maintain relationships with preceptors and clinical sites.
  • Learn AMO’s platform quickly to convert programs to live status.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for each program.
  • Create engaging program content for students and partners.

About the position:

The Program Implementation Coordinator is a critical player infacilitatingthe successful integration ofnew programsto meet the needs of AMO’s partners for AMO’s platform and/or Network Development Services (NDS). This role serves as a bridge between sales/business development and operational service delivery by AMO and itsclinicalsites.

This roleis responsible forimplementing operating procedures across theprogramoperations and recruitment teams to ensure an orderly implementation of new programs. This person willwork closely with recruiters to buildrelationships with new potentialclinical sitesandpreceptorsduring the onboarding stage, afterqualification by a recruiter, to obtain the required information for a program to go live on AMO’s website and will work closely with our operations teamto ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment stage to the go live stage.

The new Program Implementation Coordinator should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who is ready to be a proactive member of an innovative team.
While this position can be fully remote,we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama,Florida,Illinois,Indiana,Kansas,Michigan,New York, Ohio, or Texas.

Essential Functions:

  • This role requires contacting physicians/clinicians (physicians, physician assistants, nurses, etc.), clinical sites, and their teams via email,phoneor video conferencing to obtain required program information
  • Assemble comprehensive program data and buildnew programson the AMO Platform, ensuringaccurateand complete representation ofnew programs
  • Compileaccuraterequired documentation from potential preceptors to ensure fulfillment of AMO’s network services business
  • In collaboration with recruitment, programs, and business development, ensure required information is gathered and verified, and warm handoffs occur from recruitment to implementation, and from implementation to operation. Detailed understanding of the sales process pipeline
  • In collaboration with School Sales and Customer Success teams, implement tools and SOPs to streamline the program vetting and fulfillment process for implementing new school affiliations and placements at AMO program sites
  • Assistin thecreation ofPandaDoctemplatesandSOPs asneeded forNetwork DevelopmentServices(NDS) documents, B2B Partner documents for Programs, and Programs team documents as needed
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with CRMs (Hubspotpreferred)
  • Quickly develop familiarity with AMO’s proprietary clinical rotation platform tofacilitatea seamless conversion ofacquiredprograms to live programs
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with preceptorsandclinical site administratorsto ensure customer satisfaction and success for the operations team
  • Implement and tailor onboarding processes to each unique program, guiding medical contacts from theinitialqualified handoff from recruitment to you, through onboarding, and finally through completion of the program’s handoff to its assigned coordinator and launch
  • Craft engaging and informative program content that resonates with our student and partner base
  • Understanding of preceptor and/or student challenges anddemonstratinga positive, proactive, solution-based approach to resolving andanticipatingchallenges
  • Developa high levelof familiarity with the US medical and nursing education system and become an agile learner
  • Collaborate with other AMO teams and serve as a resourceregardingprogram information, relationships, availability

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Clinical site acquisition experience strongly preferred

  • Previoushealthcare educational experience (clinical or medical education)
  • Some understanding of clinical education market preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup culture
