Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in business, public health, health administration, or related field with 5+ years in medical school clinical education operations or related field.
• Experience managing complex operational processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical education operations team; scale staffing to support Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs.
• Oversee placement, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and problem resolution across rotations.
• Coordinate with curriculum leadership and clinical partners to ensure consistent processes.
• Manage administrative operations for required and elective clinical experiences and Immersive Experience.
• Maintain accreditation compliance and implement optimized systems and workflows.
