The position is part-time (24 hours per week) and benefit eligible, with emphasis on advancing professional nursing practice and staff development across units.

Qualifications

• BSN required with PA RN license.
• Three years of recent clinical practice.
• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or within 2 years for relevant units.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational offerings to improve care and outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff to become expert clinicians and leaders.
• Partner with leadership to advance nursing practice and professional development.
