Job summary

medi USA in Dallas is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to lead training and educational development for medi's sales force, customers and healthcare professionals, with a focus on driving revenue growth. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 3+ years in sales/marketing/clinical experience.
• Proven training and development experience for revenue growth.
• Demonstrated public speaking and interaction.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and educational programs for sales reps, customers and healthcare professionals.
• Travel 70%+ and accompany reps in the field for 60% of the role.
• Develop training materials, presentations and webinars for internal and external use.
• Establish relationships with industry leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Support the Director of Sales and assist with ongoing field activities.
• Prepare weekly reports on field objectives and results.
• Represent medi at conferences, shows and events.
