Job summary

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years of nursing, including 3 years in leadership, and an Oregon RN license; a MSN and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare related field (e.g., Nursing Administration, Public Health).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical education programs, onboarding, competency management, and continuing education.
