Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Clinical MA Educator to lead training and education programs for MAs, MTs, ultrasound techs, and CNAs. You will oversee onboarding, field training, and ongoing education while collecting data to drive growth. Expect travel within California and nationwide to deliver in-person trainings.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and provider support, with a focus on ensuring training milestones and high-quality education across regions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred.
• Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house, virtual, and field training for clinicians.
• Schedule onboarding and field training, and outline expectations.
• Coordinate with HR, Intake, Supplies, QA, and Operations for onboarding readiness.
• Arrange travel (flights, hotels) for out-of-state trainings.
• Lead field training across CA and the U.S. and support hands-on clinical skill development.
