Job Description

The Clinical MA Educator is responsible for assisting in the operations of training and education for MAs/MTs. The role obtains data/metrics to facilitate financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth. It requires traveling for training purposes within the U.S.

Essential Job Functions

• Handle materials for in-house training
• Check charts and provide documentation feedback as providers continue to train
• Provide answers to basic questions from providers; forward more clinical queries to Clinical VP
• Coordinate data for metrics and research topics
• Perform field trainings within California and the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of nursing or education experience preferred
• Experience as an educator or in a clinical role preferred
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in use of Excel
