Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an Instructional Design and Trainer Mid (Clinical Trainer and Operational Support) to join our Integrated Health Solutions team. This role develops practical job aids, learning materials, and contract-specific training for clinical staff working in utilization management, case management, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in at least one U.S. state.
• Extensive Medicaid programs and utilization management experience.
• Experience developing or delivering training for clinical staff.
• Ability to understand and communicate clinical, regulatory, system, and contract requirements accurately.
• Preferred experience in case management and/or clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain job aids, reference guides, process documents, checklists, presentations, and other learning materials for clinical staff.
• Create training content related to utilization management, case management, and assessments, including clinical workflows and contract requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and training activities for new clinical staff.
• Deliver or co-facilitate contract-specific training for staff in utilization management, case management, and assessment programs.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical SMEs, quality teams, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and reflect current policies and workflows.
