PT Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning experiences that strengthen employee performance and clinical excellence. You will use ADDIE and Understanding by Design to define objectives, assessments, and activities for diverse projects.

You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs, manage multiple initiatives, create online and instructor-led training, and use feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficient in authoring tools including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, HeyGen, and video editing.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning materials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
• Ability to interpret learner feedback and assessment results to improve training effectiveness.
• Ability to troubleshoot course functionality, organize digital files and learning assets, and publish and maintain content in a learning management system.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify business and learner needs and performance gaps.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities based on ADDIE and UbD.
• Research, develop, and refine instructional content with subject matter experts.
• Create learning materials, practice exercises, knowledge checks, and assessments aligned with objectives.
• Select and integrate learning technologies and interactive elements to support goals.
• Coordinate reviews, gather approvals, and document required sign-offs.
• Build, test, and publish content in the LMS and train-the-trainer sessions.
