In keeping with the Dignity Health core values: assess, plans, implement, evaluate and coordinate education and training programs for a variety of clinical and support staff. The person performing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to high level of customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner with respect and dignity. Under the direction of the Director of Education with communication lines to the specialty Directors, the Clinical Education Coordinator provides clinical, educational, and performance improvement leadership for personnel involved in the care of patients. Utilizing a wide range of problem solving skills, the role functions as a leader, practitioner, educator, consultant, and researcher.
