• Doctoral degree in medicine or related field required.
• Experience teaching, advising, mentoring, coaching in higher education or medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic advising and coaching to medical students during their clinical training.
• Develop personalized improvement and remediation plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Create and deliver workshops and academic programming focused on test preparation content, learning, retention, and exam success.
• Monitor student progress and celebrate growth and achievement along the way.
• Collaborate with faculty, clerkship directors, Student Affairs professionals, and academic leaders to support student development.
