Job summary

OSF HealthCare seeks a Clinical Education Scholar to support global and division education needs, with emphasis on Neuro ICU services. The role works within the education team to create and implement programs improving clinical competencies and professional development across units.

The candidate will collaborate with the Professional Development Department and leadership to craft annual education plans, acting as a catalyst for change and modelling OSF values throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS or equivalent required within stated timelines.
• Two years clinical experience with four years teaching/education experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual education plan and competencies with education team.
• Design, develop, and implement programs and instruction.
• Evaluate, coach, and facilitate learning; act as consultant to leadership.
• Collaborate with Professional Development and unit/division leadership.
