Job summary

LifeShare Network is seeking an In-House Coordinator to work on-site with Oklahoma City hospital partners, identifying and supporting organ and tissue donation opportunities. This role blends clinical knowledge with relationship-building, education, and compassionate family support.

You will conduct hospital rounds, educate teams, and coordinate donor cases while maintaining strong relationships with hospital staff and LifeShare teams.

Qualifications

• RN or RRT license required.
• At least two years in a critical care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Public speaking and healthcare education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hospital rounds and follow up on donor referrals and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital staff and partners.
• Provide education and in-services to healthcare teams.
• Monitor donation activity and identify process improvements.
• Clinically evaluate potential donors and coordinate with staff to preserve options.
• Facilitate start of donor cases with hospital and LifeShare teams.
• Engage families about organ and tissue donation and provide support.
• Maintain documentation of donors, referrals, and education activities.
• Support hospital donation initiatives and outreach efforts.

Licensed RN or Registered Respiratory
