Job summary

LifeShare seeks a qualified professional to coordinate donor evaluations and organ donation processes within hospital settings. You will collaborate with LifeShare teams and physicians to optimize donor management using critical care principles, while supporting families with empathy.

Required RN license or Paramedic/Organ Procurement Organization experience, with ABTC CPTC certification preferred. This role involves travel to DSA hospitals and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license or Paramedic experience required.
• 3 years' experience in an Organ Procurement Organization or related field.
• ABTC CPTC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with LifeShare and hospital staff to direct donor evaluations.
• Direct donor management using critical care principles (hemodynamic monitoring, ventilation, meds).
• Interact with grieving families with compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct rounds and in-services in DSA hospitals to identify potential donors.
