Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe in the United States to support primary care providers by documenting patient encounters in real time and creating structured notes with CPT/ICD-10 coding. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and learning Oak Street’s clinical workflows.

Ideal candidates will have clinical exposure, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Document patient encounters in structured notes with history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Support clinical documentation improvements and data workflows.
