AndHealth is looking for a Clinical Documentation Support Specialist in Columbus, OH. In this full-time role, you will ensure clinical information flows accurately between AndHealth and partner EHRs. Your responsibilities include documenting clinical updates, managing exceptions, and providing support in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

• Experience in documentation support required.
• Knowledge of clinical information systems preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and escalate when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Replicate accurate, timely clinical information into partners' EHRs.
• Retrieve key updates from partner EHRs back into AndHealth systems.
• Manage documentation processes and track changes.
• Resolve documentation exceptions and facilitate communication loops.
• Deliver a positive experience in all interactions.
• Train and support teammates as the team grows.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Excellent relationship building skills

Experience with Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Experience in a primary care and/or hospital setting

Experience with highly regulated data and/or document entry

Education

Bachelor’s degree
