Job summary

AndHealth LLC is seeking a Central Patient Engagement Specialist (Pharmacy Liaison) in Columbus, OH, to support medication access and adherence for patients with complex conditions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in disease management programs with access to specialty medications.
• Process, submit, and track prior authorizations and appeals.
• Renew authorizations before expiration to prevent therapy gaps.
• Monitor patient adherence through fill verification and outreach.
• Coordinate prescription transfers and shipments with pharmacies.
