Qualifications

• Experience in primary care and/or hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with highly regulated data and/or document entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replicate accurate, timely clinical information from AndHealth into partner EHRs.
• Retrieve and reconcile key updates from partner EHRs back into AndHealth systems.
• Lead the creation and iteration of documentation processes and manage versioning.
• Serve as the first problem-solver for documentation exceptions.
• Facilitate communication loops among providers, clinic staff, and AndHealth teams.
• Train and support teammates as the team grows.

Experience with Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
