Job summary

Neier Inc. is seeking a Clinical Documentation Support Specialist in Columbus, OH. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring clinical information flows accurately between AndHealth and partners’ EHRs. You will be proactive in maintaining communication, resolving issues, and supporting the evolving team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare, ideally with experience in EHR systems, and possess strong communication skills. The role offers a startup environment focused on innovation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Background in a primary care and/or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with highly regulated data and/or document entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replicate accurate, timely clinical information from AndHealth into partners' EHRs.
• Lead the creation and iteration of documentation processes.
• Serve as the first problem-solver for documentation exceptions.
