The ideal candidate has coding certifications and experience in change management, vendor interaction, and project management to drive measurable outcomes within care delivery settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and three years’ clinical data analytics or project management
• Experience in healthcare coding or clinical documentation
• Certification in CPC, CRC, CPMA or similar coding
• Ability to work with stakeholders and vendors

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide resources and guidance.
• Autonomously complete assignments using up-to-date subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve clinical operations problems.
• Develop requirements for clinical/process solutions and document ROI.
• Monitor compliance with policies and drive plan execution.
