Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a participant for a structured leadership training program focused on clinical operations and regulatory compliance. You will shadow Clinical Directors and support day-to-day clinical, staffing, scheduling, and operational duties.

You will review resident care plans, medication management, and health assessments; contribute to quality assurance and regulatory processes; assist with hiring, training, and mentorship of Wellness team members; collaborate with interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Current RN, LPN, or LVN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

Responsibilities
