Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated nurse-leader to participate in a structured training program focused on clinical operations and regulatory compliance. You will shadow Clinical Directors, assist with resident care plans, staffing, and health assessments, and support quality and regulatory activities.

The role emphasizes leadership development, on-site work, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care. Relocation may be required after training.

Qualifications

• Current RN, LPN, or LVN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living or related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in management roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Utah or Idaho after successful training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans and health updates.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing plans, inventory management, and basic operational planning.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned.
