Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in Ft. Collins, CO. You will provide daily clinical leadership, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure fidelity to our evidence-based clinical program.

You will oversee client engagement, documentation, and collaborative care with Utilization Review, while driving professional development and a supportive recovery environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado- LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT

• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
