Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will support the Clinical Director, manage the daily execution of the clinical program, and oversee client engagement in a warm recovery environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree or higher and current Colorado licensure (LAC/LCSW/LPC). Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a focus on compliance and utilization review to

3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LAC, LCSW, LPC).

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LAC, LCSW, LPC in Colorado)
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
