Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic. You will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and evaluate patients.

The role focuses on clinical leadership with a strong emphasis on team collaboration, budget oversight, and performance improvement. The position requires a Doctorate preferred with at least three years of outpatient experience and two years of supervisory or program development

Qualifications

• Three years’ clinical outpatient experience required
• Two years’ clinical supervision or program development preferred
• Knowledge of EMR system essential

Responsibilities

• Meet census goals for clinic and clinicians; review weekly scorecards
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws with People Operations
• Oversee facility maintenance and timecard approvals via ADP
• Participate in interview/hiring for clinical and admin roles
• Train and onboard clinical staff; evaluate performance
• Resolve clinic-level performance issues and escalate to HR when needed
• Monitor patient satisfaction and Montly budget for visits, labor and supplies
• Ensure Medicare compliance and documentation audits are conducted
• Manage physician referral processes and clinical staff scheduling
