Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinical Director to oversee outpatient clinic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead patient evaluations and treatments. This role reports to clinic leadership and partners with HR for staffing and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have doctoral-level credentials, a valid license, and 3+ years of outpatient experience with 2+ years of supervision or program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Professional license/certification required.
• Valid CPR license.
• Minimum of three years’ outpatient experience and two years’ supervision or program development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR system.
• Able to troubleshoot and make decisive judgments; action oriented; approachable.
• Team player with strong teamwork and conflict management.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet census goals for clinic and each clinician; weekly scorecard review.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws with People Operations.
• Oversee facility maintenance and timecard approvals in ADP.
• Participate in interview/hiring with HR and training clinical staff.
• Evaluate performance and address issues; escalate to HR as needed.
• Monitor staff compliance and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Review monthly clinic budget for visits, labor, and supplies.
• Ensure Medicare compliance and auditing of documentation.
• Weekly EMR schedule review and monthly clinical supply ordering.
• Manage physician referrals and clinical expenses; oversee staff scheduling and hiring.
