Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director in the Media region to oversee outpatient rehabilitation operations, patient evaluation and treatment. You must be a licensed Physical Therapist to lead clinical and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

The role requires clinical leadership, supervision experience, and collaboration with HR and operations to achieve clinic goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical outpatient experience and two years’ clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR system.
• Able to troubleshoot, decisive, action oriented, approachable.
• Team player with ability to build and foster teamwork and manage conflict.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet census goals for clinic and clinicians; monitor office KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws with People Operations.
• Oversee facility maintenance and timecard approvals.
• In collaboration with HR, participate in interview/hiring for clinical staff.
• Train and onboard clinical staff with ongoing performance evaluation.
• Address performance issues and escalate to HR when needed.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and NPS scores; manage budget for visits and supplies.
• Oversee Medicare compliance and documentation audits.
• Manage physician referral processes and clinical staffing expenses.
• Maintain policy adherence and monthly supply ordering.
