The ideal candidate is a licensed Florida PT with leadership experience, overseeing daily operations, staff mentoring, and collaboration with physicians and stakeholders to drive clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings; leadership/clinic management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic to ensure efficient workflow and high quality service delivery.
• Monitor clinic performance, scheduling efficiency, and productivity to support operational success.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by mentoring and supporting clinical and administrative staff.
• Partner with organizational leadership to implement initiatives that improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
