Job summary

Telecare's Clinical Director role is 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA, supporting our King County PACT program. The position provides leadership, clinical supervision, and coordination for multidisciplinary teams delivering community-based care.

A Master’s in Social Services and WA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) are required, with leadership experience and post-graduate clinical background. Full-time hours, strong emphasis on collaboration, quality improvement, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in Social Services.
• Current licensure in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or out‑of‑state licensure in good standing.
• 1 year in leadership role in relevant setting.
• 2 years post‑graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee clinical services and standards of care for clients and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.
• Regularly communicate with community partners and local systems of care serving clients.
• Oversee documentation by clinical staff and audit clinical charts for adherence to state/county requirements.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training/mentorship for clinical staff.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of clinical staff.
