Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
• Partner with VP Clinical Services to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support compliance with CAMTS, Air Methods standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational and clinical improvement across assigned bases.
• Participate in hiring, candidate screening, and performance feedback.
