What You'll Do

• Manage & Lead the Medical Assistant Team: Actively guide, mentor, and oversee the Medical Assistant team to ensure high team morale, optimal rooming efficiency, accurate clinical intake, and flawless support during procedures.
• Be Active & Engaged: You won't sit in an office all day. You'll be on the floor optimizing clinical flow, elevating facility aesthetics, and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Lead by Example: Do whatever it takes to support the clinic - whether that's stepping into operational tasks, helping MAs with patient care during busy surges, troubleshooting CT scanner radiation exposure protocols, or re-engineering clinical schedules.
• Elevate Standards: Transform our clinical deliverables and operational flow so we can outpace the competition.
• Guide the Team: Direct clinical operations, serving as the practice's primary clinical authority. Be willing to travel to different sites.
