Job summary

Bridgewater Recovery in Dubuque, IA, seeks a Clinical Director (Treatment Supervisor) to lead clinical programming across IOP, PHP, detox, and residential services. You will design policies, supervise therapists, recruit and build the clinical team, and ensure compliance with licensure and quality standards.

The role reports to the Executive Director, collaborates with the Medical Director, and guides treatment planning and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure as LISW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, APRN, or Physician.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up clinical programming across IOP, PHP, detox, and residential treatment.
• Develop clinical policies, treatment protocols, and documentation standards.
• Support licensure readiness and clinical survey preparation.
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead the clinical team with accountability and compassion.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and nursing leadership on treatment planning.
