Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure as LISW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, APRN, or Physician.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience and 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience overseeing IOP, PHP, detox, and residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up clinical programming across IOP, PHP, detox, and residential care.
• Develop policies, treatment protocols, and documentation standards.
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead the clinical team with accountability and compassion.
• Ensure licensure readiness, compliance, and survey readiness.
