Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Iowa licensure as LISW or LMHC.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health/SUD.
• Experience supervising clinicians and interns.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across behavioral health programs; ensure timely access and quality outcomes.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy within ACT and Strive Recovery.
• Oversee admissions reviews to match level of care with needs and eligibility.
• Mentor and develop clinicians and interns; manage onboarding and training.
