Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school in clinical, psychology or social service related field.
• Five or more years’ experience in addiction treatment.
• Two years’ experience in 24/7 inpatient/residential treatment settings preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and oversees evidence-based clinical programming and schedules.
• Provides direct supervision to clinicians and oversees case planning and care coordination.
• Monitors discharge planning, care coordination and community referrals.
• Ensures clinical programs comply with regulatory standards and documentation quality.
