Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Clinical Director to provide daily clinical leadership and oversight for the facility. You will ensure execution of the clinical program roadmap and support a skilled treatment team while maintaining high standards of client engagement and documentation.

The role requires a Master's degree, Louisiana licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and several years of supervisory experience, with preference for chemical dependency/dual diagnosed care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field (preferred).
• 5 years supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting.
• 3 years experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosis clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
