Albuquerque Behavioral Care, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as Clinical Director. This hands-on leadership role combines direct client care with oversight of clinical operations, documentation, quality assurance, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, clear communication, and a drive to grow a developing behavioral-health program, shaping policies, audits, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NM LCSW license required.
• Clinical competency in mental-health/substance-use treatment.
• Ability to complete evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and discharge docs.
• Ability to facilitate groups and provide individual therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations and supervise clinical staff.
• Complete intake evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate IOP groups and other clinical groups.
• Provide individual therapy and related clinical services.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
