Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Five or more years of behavioral health clinical experience with diverse populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD).
• Three or more years of clinical supervision experience.
• Active, unrestricted professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Credentialing requirements for professional behavioral health practice; CPR and crisis intervention/ de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for daily clinical operations within assigned service areas.
• Monitor clinical services to ensure quality treatment delivery, patient access, and continuity of care.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and development.
• Ensure accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapists, and other stakeholders to support integrated patient care.
