The Opportunity Alliance seeks a Clinical Director of Homeless Case Management PATH & Homeless Youth Services in South Portland, ME. This full-time, salaried role oversees PATH and HYS with a focus on leadership, supervision, and program outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s in social work or related field and appropriate licensure (LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCSW or LCPC). Experience in management and clinical settings is preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work or a related field is required.
• LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCSW or LCPC license required.
• 1-2 years of management-level work experience in the relevant fields preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical settings with children and adults.
• Strong clinical knowledge including recovery-oriented services, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, co-occurring disorders treatment, and harm reduction.

• Supervise staff and coordinate administrative activities for the projects.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders to support program goals.
