Covenant House Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Program Director to provide clinical leadership for case management services for young people aged 18 to 24 facing homelessness, trauma, and housing instability. The role supervises five case managers, oversees a part-time Social Worker supervising MSW interns and community health workers, and guides staff through complex cases.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Five or more years of social work or case management experience, preferably with young adults, transition-age youth, or people experiencing homelessness.
• Two or more years of experience supervising case managers or other human-services professionals.
• Experience providing therapy or clinical intervention to people who have experienced trauma.
• Working knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania child abuse, criminal background, and FBI clearances.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual clinical supervision at least every other week to each case manager; weekly supervision for new staff.
• Lead weekly case review meetings focusing on risk assessment, service planning, and intervention adjustments.
• Monitor case manager performance, caseloads, and documentation; provide feedback and coaching.
• Oversee supervision of MSW interns and community health workers.
• Lead weekly resident group and coordinate with the Social Worker for co-facilitation.
• Develop safety plans, crisis intervention strategies, and emergency referrals.
• Coordinate referrals and shared care planning with CHOP Connections Clinic.
• Review data and ensure timely documentation; maintain compliance.
