The ideal candidate holds LCPC or LCSW in Maine, has several years in the field, and can flexibly schedule duties, with crisis intervention experience and a valid Maine driver’s license.
The Clinical Team Lead is a member of the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management teams and collaborates with the team to assist in fulfilling client needs and program expectations. The Clinical Team Lead will provide clinical supervision to staff working in the Behavioral Health Home and Children’s Case Management teams, oversee Plans of Care and Crisis Plans and function as a resource to team members by providing clinical direction, training, and other support.
