Job summary

USPI Cypress Endoscopy Center seeks a Clinical Director to oversee and develop the center's clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision. The successful candidate will implement staff development programs, ensure quality, manage budgets, drive program growth, and ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.

Flexibility in hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with management and staff supervision within a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission and CMS standards of care.
• Ability to develop and mentor clinical staff and manage scheduling and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments.
• Hire, evaluate, mentor, schedule and supervise staff.
• Implement staff development programs and quality assurance.
• Monitor budgets for clinical service programs and communicate with management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support program growth and sustainability.
