Job summary

USPI Cypress Endoscopy Center seeks a Clinical Director to oversee and grow the center's clinical departments, including hiring, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising staff. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and emotional intelligence to lead teams across the organization.

The director will develop staff development programs, ensure quality assurance, and monitor service budgets while aligning with Joint Commission and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Management and staff supervision experience.
• Ambulatory experience is not necessary, but a plus.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards of care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Wlexibility with hours and capacity to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Develop staff development programs, quality assurance, and monitor budgets for service programs.
• Generate revenues for clinical services and manage client billings; ensure compliance with regulatory budgets and performance improvement.
• Attend all mandatory in-services and meetings; communicate with management team.
• Act in accordance with the center's vision and mission.
