USPI Cypress Endoscopy Center is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee clinical departments, staff development, and program growth. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across Joint Commission and CMS standards, while driving revenue-generation for clinical services.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning, with attention to quality care and organizational growth in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Professional experience with management and staff supervision.
• Ambulatory experience not required but a plus; surgical experience in pre-op/pacu or perioperative nursing is preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance like Joint Commission and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical departments and staff development programs, quality assurance, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with management team and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Develop strategies to manage program growth and ensure business sustainability.
• Generate revenues for clinical services and manage client billings.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulations.
• Attend mandatory in-services and meetings; participate in safety and competency education.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
