Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD), or equivalent degree.
• Eligibility for appointment to the faculty at Clinical Assistant Professor level or higher.
• At least seven years of professional veterinary experience post-degree.
• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the US.
• Demonstrated veterinary leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel ~20–30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the DVTP's clinical education delivered across distributed sites.
• Oversee DVTP staff and administrative operations, ensuring workflow and accountability.
• Lead development and refinement of clinical-year curriculum and site readiness.
• Support preceptors through training, evaluation, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain quality assurance in clinical education environments.
• Represent the College in partnerships with clinical sites and external stakeholders.
