Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for its Lake Ariel detox and residential facility to lead daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to the program roadmap. The role focuses on supervising the clinical team, overseeing documentation, and maintaining a warm, recovery-oriented environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
